The Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 2022

Today, we honor the Blessed Virgin Mary on the feast day of her Presentation in the Temple, when her parents, Joachim and Anne, who had consecrated her to the Lord God, brought her to the Temple of Jerusalem.

“Hearken O Daughter and consider, and incline thine ear, forget also thine own people, and thy father’s house. And so shall the King desire thy beauty, for He is the Lord thy God.”
† . † . †

We don’t expect that Pope Francis will honor Our Lady on her feast day today, so it is up to us, her children to honor our Mother today.  Although modernists disparage this feast for what they perceive as a “lack of historicity”, for those who are consecrated to her Immaculate Heart, this beautiful feast teaches volumes about Mary’s devotion to the most Holy Trinity. According to Venerable Maria de Agreda,  this beautiful mystery is a lesson of the importance of humility. Thus, it is a worthwhile meditation for our preparation for our Total Consecration soon.

The Hebrew Ark of the Covenant was but a foreshadowing of the true Ark which is the most Blessed Virgin Mary herself; she who was foreordained to bear our Lord Jesus Christ, Savior. As our Little Office proclaims, “Thou wast the Mother of Him Who made thee, and thou remainest a Virgin forever”. And so, Joachim and Anne brought the true Royal Ark of the Covenant to the Temple, but to all appearances they were merely ordinary pious Jews of their time  bringing yet another consecrated child to the Temple.

Grace in the Reign of Francis, 2022

The current crisis in the Church is part of God’s plan for us, and the Immaculata leads us safely through it.

Previously published in October, 2021

The Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary become even richer in meaning as we spend more time with them, and in this papacy all the more so! In the First Sorrowful Mystery, the Agony in the Garden we see Jesus confronting His persecutors who had been led to Him by Judas, the Patron for the current betrayers of Christ  who now occupy the visible Church. As Jesus restored the ear of Malchus, He spoke to those who had come to destroy Him, “Are ye come out, as it were against a thief, with swords and clubs? When I was daily with you in the temple, you did not stretch forth your hands against Me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.” (Luke 22, 52-53)

We are now deep within this hour of darkness in the Passion of the Church, and so we shall find much to profit us in these Sorrowful Mysteries of Our Lady’s Rosary.

At the beginning of that first Passion, there was a terrible betrayal, and the Apostles fled, scandalized, into the darkness. Today, as the Pope and the whole corrupt edifice of the hierarchy  betray our Lord Jesus Christ and His Blessed Mother, Catholics are scattered. Some are indifferent to the scandal, some fall into sedevacantism, some simply fall away. Some few, however, watch and pray in the darkness, trusting in His promise.

Father Couture on the Holy Rosary

For today,  we have an article from Father Daniel Couture, F.S.S.P.X. on the Holy Rosary. Source. He reminds us of the importance of praying for our Pope, which is a non-negotiable part of Our Lady of the Rosary’s message at Fatima.

Fr Couture – On the Power and Importance of the Holy Rosary

Sermon for October 13, 2013 Tokyo Mass Center

My Dear Brethren,

We are in the middle of the important month of the Holy Rosary, month of the great victories of Our Blessed Lady, through the Holy Rosary. Sr. Lucy said that Our Blessed Lady has given more power to the Holy Rosary in view of the hard time that we were going to live, which are now, which is this terrible crisis in the Church.

It is a great grace to be able to attend the Traditional Latin Mass once a week, or once or twice a month. But on the other days, are you faithful to your daily rosary? It’s not enough to come to the Traditional Mass in order to go to heaven. You must do your personal part too to ask for God’s grace seven days a week, and that part is essentially prayer, specially the prayer of the Holy Rosary.

“He who prays will be saved, he who doesn’t pray will be condemned”,  St Alphonsus says.

Reparation, Obedience and the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary

Today, I only offer a brief recap for those of you who have likely been somewhat disappointed that yesterday’s post was not updated. I’m sorry but have not been able to be very active, as I’m now receiving home therapy and it is both time-consuming and exhausting.. Today’s post was originally about the errors of a specific “trad” who posted the usual errors against Our Lady of the Rosary and her requests at Fatima, but since that time, a few years back, the poor man has lost his faith utterly and so now, it is prayers that are called for,

But the message remains useful, I trust.

Sufferings and reparation

On her first visit,  May 13, 1917, Our Lady asked the children,

“Do you want to offer yourselves to God to endure all the sufferings that He may choose to send you, as an act of reparation for the sins by which He is offended and as a supplication for the conversion of sinners?” Lucia promptly answered, “Yes! We want to!” “Then you are going to suffer a great deal, but the grace of God will be your comfort.”

A month later, on her second visit, she explained,

“Jesus wishes to make use of you to make Me known and loved. He wants to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart. To whoever embraces this devotion I promise salvation; these souls shall be dear to God, as flowers placed by Me to adorn His throne.”

It was on the Third Visit, on July 13, 1917, that Our Lady explained her Message most fully.

The Fifth Visit, September 13, 1917

On Our Lady’s Fifth Visit to Fatima on September 13, 1917, nearly  30,000 people had gathered at the Cova da Iria. As the children – and the crowd – awaited Our Lady’s visit, Lúcia led the Rosary. At noon, a certain phenomenon announced the arrival of Our Lady to many in the crowd.

Again drawing from various sources, but especially from Frère Michel de la Sainte Trinité we read:

Among the numerous testimonies describing the marvels which Our Lady wished to accompany Her coming, the most detailed is undoubtedly from Father John Quaresma, who later on became Vicar General of Leiria. He had come there incognito, in secular clothing with two other priests, Fathers Manuel do Carmo Gois and Manuel Pereira da Silva, in the same dress. All three surveyed the events from an elevation at the side of the Cova.  In 1932, Msgr. Quaresma, in a letter to his colleague Msgr. Carmo Gois, recalls the prodigious event of September 13 in all its details:

Consecration to Saint Joseph and the Holy Family, 2022

“Saint Joseph will come with the Child Jesus, to give peace to the world.”

This was the promise of Our Lady of the Rosary on August 19, 1917 in her fourth visit to the little saints of Fatima at Valinhos.  In this visit, we see Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Blessed Mother welcoming us into the safety and security of their own Holy Family. Let’s make use of this blessing! Note here, however, that devotion to this great saint is best expressed in conjunction with devotion to the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts. Please do not be misled.

In times of trial, go to St. Joseph!

We know that the Sacred Hearts of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Immaculate Mother are inseparable. And we know that this self-same Mother is also the most pure and perfect Spouse of the Holy Ghost, and the most beloved and treasured child of the Eternal Father. We know as well that this loving Father entrusted these two most beloved beings, Jesus and Mary, to St. Joseph to guard and protect them from the hostile powers of the Lord of the World and those who serve him. And now, in these dark and calamitous times when our families and our very faith are under attack from those who should protect and nurture it, we turn again to St. Joseph, to the Holy Family, inseparably united to the Most Holy Trinity, to keep us safe in the faith of all times.

Do not be surprised if soon the few small certainties and comforts of the faith are taken from us, for as Cardinal Manning said,

These are times of sifting. Our Divine Lord is standing in the Church: “His fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly cleanse His (own) and He will gather the grain into His barn, and will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”It is a time of trial, when ‘some of the learned shall fall’, and those only shall be saved who are steadfast to the end. … Saint Alphonsus says: ‘Hence St. Bonaventure says that in the Mass God manifests to us all the love that He has borne us, and includes in it, as in a compendium, all His benefits. On this account the Devil has always endeavored to abolish the Mass throughout the world by means of heretics, making them the precursors of Antichrist who, before all things, will endeavor to abolish, and in fact will, in punishment for the sins of men, succeed in abolishing the Holy Sacrifice of the Altar, according to the prediction of Daniel: ‘And strength was given him against the continual sacrifice because of sins.’

We should understand, and help others to understand, the importance of using the precious little time we have left to bond ourselves as securely as possible to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. To this end, I have posted often on Total Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

And now, I hope that you will avail yourselves of an additional help to accomplish this, which is Consecration to St. Joseph, the faithful Guardian of Jesus and Mary, appointed by our loving Father Himself.

At Fatima in 1917, Our Lady promised the little shepherds that in October, St. Joseph and the Child Jesus would come, as Lucia recalled, “to bless us with peace”. We need this peace! And while we struggle to live our Consecrations to Jesus through Mary, St. Joseph goes before us to lead us safely to our goal, so that we may be truly one holy family, now and always, in the glory of God, the Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

To this end, we offer an 18 day program for Consecration to St. Joseph.  The Consecration should occur on the 19th day, which should be a day of Mass and Holy Communion. If you are unable to fit the whole program into your busy schedules, perhaps just try to read through it, and incorporate the prayers and practices which seem to fit best for you. First, the Prayer of Consecration.

Mary’s Promise

May 13, 1917 Mary’s Promise

One hundred and three years and counting . . .

“You are going to suffer a great deal, but the grace of God will be your comfort.”

Our Lady’s words to Lúcia, Francisco and Jacinta echo down the long years since then. Although Francisco and Jacinta saw a quick end to their trials, Lúcia’s suffering was protracted and seems especially poignant to us today. For Lúcia was to experience disobedience to the message of Our Lady and the tragic betrayal of the Church by Popes and Bishops, the sly derision of theologians, the crass opportunism of some of the laity and the bovine indifference of most of the rest. Thus, she accompanied Our Lord and His Blessed Mother in their suffering. I look forward to the day when we all shall see what an extraordinary saint Lúcia is!

Lúcia, Francisco and Jacinta were declared saints by the Immaculate Mother of God from the very start of the Fatima message. They have no need of a “Holy Father” of this sort who offers no more relevance for them than Caiphas and Herod had for our dear Savior. Lúcia still has much to teach us as we prepare to face the consequences of the Church’s betrayal of Our Lady of the Rosary.

May 13, 1917, the day the world changed and no one noticed …
An offer made, an offer ignored …
such a small thing … as they say, “the devil’s in the details” …

Grace in the Reign of Francis

The current crisis in the Church is part of God’s plan for us, and the Immaculata leads us safely through it.

Father Malachi Martin explained this situation in the Church in several interviews and in books, such as Windswept House and The Keys of His Blood. In one interview, transcribed into a small book called The Tempter’s Hour,” Fr. Martin explained that the crisis in the Church is a part of God’s plan for us. During Christ’s Passion, Our Blessed Mother did not rebel or question God’s will  (contrary to what Pope Francis suggests), instead Mary willed it. Yes, she accepted God’s will most perfectly. In fact, Mary is our perfect model for the approach we must make to this time of the Passion of the Bride of Christ, His beloved and most holy Church.

Mary, above all others, understands completely that love is reparation. As our Lord Jesus Christ told us on Holy Thursday, “Greater love than this no man hath, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” (John 15, 13) All of Christianity hinges on this, that God loved sinful mankind so much He laid down His life despite the jeering rejection by the vast multitudes down through the ages. We must accept the full truth here, the Blessed Virgin Mary willed, with all her Immaculate Heart, that she and her Beloved Son, would suffer this unimaginable trial, so that sins could be forgiven and souls could be saved.

Do not be fooled by today’s sophistry, even when uttered by the Pope and parroted from the pulpits by poor misguided priests. Mary never doubted. Why? because she believed perfectly.  The Holy Spirit tells us of Mary, “Blessed art thou that hast believed!” (Luke, 1, 45) Indeed, in Mary, we have our highest example of this perfect faith, this perfect hope.

God, our loving Father, never leaves us orphans. In preparation for a coming chastisement, He always sends ample preparation, for those who are His, that is, those who have chosen to place their trust in Him, to love and serve Him above all else, spurning the world and the regard of men. Those who are blessed to be children of Mary understand that God gives us the Blessed Virgin Mary in these times of crisis, the same as He did at the Annunciation, the same as He did on Golgotha’s bloody rock. Yes, He gives us Mary, although this makes absolutely no sense to unbelievers. She, the exemplar of perfect faith, makes no sense except to the faithful.

Perhaps the best writing on Fatima and the Immaculate Heart of Mary at this time is Father Karl Stehlin’s book, Who Are You, O Immaculata?“. In it, he explains that “The essence of devotion to the Immaculate Heart is the communion of reparation. The notion of reparation is the most important expression of our love as repentant sinners.” (p. 160). To be clear, in these times, as always, the essence of devotion to Our Lord Jesus Christ and His most pure Mother is  reparative love, and this is most perfectly present in our Holy Communions of Reparation.

This is a very good time to remind ourselves of the value of beginning our day with a devout spiritual communion after our morning offering, for those of us who cannot attend the true Mass every day.  Let us make use of every grace we can obtain, offering all to the Most Holy Trinity through the Immaculata in reparation, until at last this blight is cleared and the Church restored in splendour even greater than before. For it will be restored, even as we await the glorious Easter of the Resurrection, we have no doubt that God will preserve His Church from destruction.

We will close this essay with another quote from “Who Are You, O Immaculata?”

“At Fatima, the Immaculate indicates the way that leads us to God and this way is nothing other than a more profound understanding of the means of grace that Christ Himself has given us. … Mary herself at Fatima leads us into the utmost depths of the mystery of all mysteries on earth, namely that of union with God in Holy Communion.”

We are in the Passion of the Church. Many today are concerned but often they are concerned for the wrong reasons. Like Judas, they do not want to see their Savior undergo a humiliating defeat. Their pride demands that the Church be worthy of their own exalted opinion of what “their” church should be. They miss the point and place themselves in danger of losing their souls. This is a time that calls more than ever before for a profound spiritual warfare of intensive reparation: the reparation of Holy Communion coupled with our Rosaries and our daily sacrifices as we attempt to follow Christ in this anti-Christian world.

Remember – Our Lady needs us to obey:  First Saturdays of Reparation, daily rosary, at least 5 mysteries, wear her brown scapular and live your Total Consecration to her Immaculate Heart, offering daily duties in reparation and for the conversion of poor sinners.

† .  Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of our hearts, Mother of the Church, do thou offer to the Eternal Father the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, for the conversion of poor sinners, especially our Pontiff.
† .  Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Thy kingdom come! Viva Cristo Rey!
† .  Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our death.
† . St. Joseph, protect us, protect our families, protect our priests.
† . St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.

O my Jesus! Forgive us our sins and save us from the fire of hell. Lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of Thy mercy!

Daniel and St. Michael

posted on : september 22, 2017 posted by : evensong

We prepare for the 100th anniversary of the apparitions of Our Lady of the Rosary by examine the significance of the prophecies of Daniel 12.

Tomorrow is September 23, and has been spoken of by others as significant for several reasons. First, we quote from Marianna Bartold, in  “Fatima, the Apocalypse and the Lights of Heaven, Parts 1 &2”  :

“On September 23, 2017, the sun will rise behind the constellation Virgo—an annual event. What is rare and striking about this year is the interaction of the planets Jupiter, Venus, Mars, and Mercury. Last year, on November 20, 2016, Jupiter (the “king” planet) entered the constellation Virgo. In retrograde motion, Jupiter is currently in Virgo’s womb, but exits Virgo on September 23 (after 43 weeks, 6 days or 9.5 months, an over-due gestational length of an unborn baby). On that day, almost directly above the head of Virgo will be Leo (the 12th largest constellation), which includes—but is not limited to—12 brighter lights of heaven, three of them being the planets Venus, Mars, and Mercury. Additionally, the moon will be near (but not directly under) the feet of Virgo.”

Bartold’s skillful narrative weaves together the writings of the Prophet Daniel, the Message of Fatima and the revelation of Akita. The gist of it is that centuries before the coming of Christ, God gave us, in the prophecies of Daniel, important intimations for these latter times.  We know that our Creator, Lord of Heaven and Earth, prepares us for momentous times by prophecies and signs in the heavens.  Many of our brightest writers today believe that the heavenly sign on September 23 is an indication of an event soon to take place.  In Daniel Chapter 12, v.1, which concludes a lengthy prophecy we read:

“But at that time shall Michael rise up, the great prince, who standeth for the children of thy people: and a time shall come such as never was from the time that nations began even until that time. And at that time shall thy people be saved, every one that shall be found written in the book.”

As we read that ancient quote, we recall the more recent words of the Blessed Virgin at Akita. Just as Our Lady gave us a silent prophecy  at Knock to reiterate and emphasize her silenced prophecy at La Salette, Our Lady responded to the  Vatican’s censoring of the prophetic Message of Fatima with the emphatic  doomsday scenario foretold at Akita. Thus she answered Pope John XXIII’s accusation against doomsayers with the very clear warning at Akita. as we discussed in “Fatima, Akita and the Chastisement“:

“If men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one will never have seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by my Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and the priests.”

“The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against other bishops. The priests who venerate me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres (other priests). Churches and altars will be sacked. The Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord.”

“The demon will be especially implacable against the souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of my sadness. If sins increase in number and gravity, there will be no longer pardon for them.”

“. . . Pray very much the prayers of the Rosary. I alone am able still to save you from the calamities which approach. Those who place their confidence in me will be saved.“

Please consider the importance of penance and Rosaries daily in reparation these 21 days from September 23 until October 13.  In her article, Bartold explains the scriptural precedence for this, related to St. Michael.  This may be the last opportunity some of us have to mitigate the severity of the coming trials, not for the world, because that time has past, but for many souls entrusted to us. Right now, our primary objective must be to save souls, and I hope that those of you who read this will heed it for if you ask, it shall be given to you, as Our Lord promised. “Ask and you shall receive that your joy may be full.” (John 16, 23)

DEADLINES ARE PASSING

In anticipation of the usual detractors,  regardless of what happens or does not happen on October 13, the point here is that deadlines are passing, each of them leaving in their wake yet more wreckage of God’s Covenant with His Chosen People. The devil himself is afoot in  the Vatican with the present occupants/usurpers. With the passing of each opportunity to repent and obey the Mother of God, fresh insults are heaped upon the Crucified.  Most of our readers understand the significance of this.  Here is Sister Lucia’s revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ to her regarding the sacrifice and reparation He demands:

After informing her Bishop of Our Lord’s bitter complaints about the limited number of souls in the state of grace who are disposed to deny themselves, she said:

Here is the true penance which the Good Lord requests today.

“The sacrifice which everybody must impose on himself to lead a life of justice in the observance of His law.”

And He desires that this way be clearly made known to souls, for many give to the word “penance” the sense of great austerities, and as they feel neither the strength nor the generosity for that, they get discouraged and let themselves go into a life of lukewarmness and sin.

Lucia reiterated: Our Lord told me:

“The penance that I request and require now is the sacrifice demanded of everybody by the accomplishment of his own duty and the observance of My law.”

Surely all will appreciate the importance of obeying Our Lord in His very small request. So many souls depend on us now. Do not, like Lot’s wife, look back, but stay focused on our goal – to obey . Our Lord and our Blessed Mother without question or hesitation in this time of trial.

My posts along this line have been too numerous to recount. Readers are free to request more information and I will try to help  as I am able. Thank you for reading.

I appreciate your encouragement and prayers, but suggest you – and all of us – direct time and energy into obeying and promoting the message of Fatima. Now is the time for us to work with all our heart, mind and soul to live our Consecrations to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Also, if you wish to show appreciation, please pray for our priests.  Without our priests, we have no Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, no Eucharist,

Remember – Our Lady needs us to obey:  First Saturdays of Reparation, daily rosary, at least 5 mysteries, wear her brown scapular and live your Total Consecration to her Immaculate Heart, offering daily duties in reparation and for the conversion of poor sinners.

Open your hearts to the Lord and serve Him only: and He will free you from the hands of your enemies. With all your heart return to Him, and take away from your midst any strange gods” (I Kings 7:3)

Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of our hearts, Mother of the Church, do thou offer to the Eternal Father the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, for the conversion of poor sinners, especially our Pontiff.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Thy kingdom come! Viva Cristo Rey!
Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our death.
St. Joseph, protect us, protect our families, protect our priests.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.

Please pray for the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary!

Fatima, Akita and the Chastisement, II

posted on : march 29, 2017 posted by : evensong

In an earlier post, we briefly outlined the Blessed Virgin Mary’s appearances at Fatima on October 13, 1917 and at Akita on October 13, 1973. Today we consider the meanings behind the rich symbols of these two visits from the Queen of Heaven.

Devotion to the Immaculata and her Rosary,
Foremost Message of Fatima and Akita

In both, our Blessed Mother called us to the Rosary. In fact, at Fatima, she identified herself as Our Lady of the Rosary, the name by which she calls her children to pray to her. And at each visit to Fatima, she requested the daily Rosary. In her last appearance at Akita, Oct. 13, 1973, Our Lady stressed the importance of the Rosary, saying,

“The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by my Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and the priests.”

Dear Readers, this is urgent! Never before have we needed the Rosary as we do now – and yet never before has the Church been so resistant. False devotions, distractions, have been allowed to detract from the Rosary. For your salvation and the salvation of those entrusted to you:

Please commit to Our Lady right now, to pray the traditional Rosary, that is the Rosary as it existed when she requested it at Fatima and Akita, and as she confirmed to us with the beautiful visions of the little shepherds of Fatima on October 13, 1917. That is,  the Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries plus the Fatima Decade Prayer.

Each day, live and pray all these mysteries of Our Lady’s Rosary. Do not get sidetracked by other devotions, no matter how much appeal they may have for you. Her children must serve her by obedience!

I love the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary, but if obligations cause me to cut back some devotions, I omit a bit of this beautiful Office, rather than cut back on my quiet time with Our Lady or her Rosary. For that is truly our lifeline to Mary, by which she channels grace and healing to this poor suffering world. Despite what Pope Francis tells us, the greatest evil is not inequality, it is sin. Yes, there is no greater evil than sin.

Sin, the greatest evil

Poverty, pain, horrid death, no, none of these is the true evil, for sin is the origin of all suffering. Sin alone is the greatest evil. The Immaculata’s active purity – for it is not some passive quality – some lack, no,  the Purity of the Immaculata is the most powerful force against sin and suffering.  God has decreed that it is through her Immaculate Heart that we receive the graces essential for our salvation, for she is mediatrix of all graces. The modernist Church rejects this truth to its own damnation.

By our Rosaries, we combat the filth invading the Church. This filth is not only the human, physical filth of the unnatural lusts consuming these poor sick priests and prelates, it is the spiritual filth of their perverted faith, for they have replaced the clear, beautiful faith given us by our Savior Jesus Christ, with the false faith of Judas, Luther and the other servants of Satan, the implacable enemies of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Church.

And so the constant message of Fatima, repeated at each of Our Lady’s visits, is to pray the Rosary, not a modern, fabricated substitute, the real Rosary of Our Lady of the Rosary. Pray it, help others to know, to love and to pray it.

The Miracle of the Sun and the Chastisement

False Science

Today, science is widely accepted, even among many in the Church, as an authority superseding that of the Church, for it is said that we must be realistic after all; we are children of this modern scientific age. The Pope’s embarrassing encyclical, Laudato Si was a tribute to the post-Vatican II Church’s capitulation to the dogma of the Lord of this World, which is Godless scientism. And like all Godless things it deceives mankind.

How to combat this? Why with the enemy of Satan, She who crushes his head, the Immaculate Mother of God, His humble handmaid, Mary. She graciously provided our weak and doubtful natures a clear and vivid proof of her power over the forces of nature on October 13, 1917 with the Miracle of the Sun.  In this astounding feat, she proved that she is more brilliant than the sun and that the sun obeys her will.

The lesson for our day is even more astounding, but was not much noted at the time. The field of the Cova had been ploughed and then had gotten utterly drenched in a steady downpour. Thousands of people and their horses and donkeys had packed into it, sinking into the ankle-deep mud. Everyone was literally soaked to the bone and their shoes and clothes caked with the mire. it was not possible to be in that place, at that time and not become befouled by the mud of the pasture mixed with the filth of animal waste.

Yet after Our Lady’s Miracle, the multitudes found themselves and the muddy Cova now dry, with no mud on them.

The Sun prefigures the Church

In prophecy, the sun is a figure of the Church. The sun, like the Church is something we were accustomed to as a certainty, unfailingly dependable. In the Fatima miracle, the sun began exhibiting all the colors of the rainbow. Now, the rainbow is a Divine sign, given to us by a loving Father. Yet today this beautiful sign – the rainbow – has been co-opted by  the forces of satan to corrupt the Church, thus offending God even more. When Our Lady performed this stunning miracle, she was affirming her control over these pernicious forces. She knew that the significance of the rainbow colors would be overlooked by Catholics at that time, but it is obviously a sign to us as we watch the ilk of Danneels prance about in their rainbow vestments while they seek to entrench their perversions in the practice of the faith.

The sun, always so dependable, like the stalwart, trustworthy Church, suddenly broke free of its moorings and hurtled towards the crowd. Even faithless unbelievers who had come to scoff, were heard praying devoutly at that terrifying moment. That was a very clear warning, even more clear now with our 20/20 hindsight, that the Church, once secure in the faith, would become unmoored if it disobeyed the Queen of Heaven. And we can see these disastrous results unfolding daily in the disgusting manipulation of the Synod of the Lavender Mafia. [Note: We see even more clearly today, as Pope Bergoglio pursues his Reformation of the Church into the One World Ecological Church of Man.]

But the Immaculata, Mother of Mercy, spared the crowd that day, and in the flash of an instant, restored the sun and eradicated all of the mud and filth. And she stands ready now to remedy all the errors that plague the Church. She alone can restore the Church to its rightful place and cast the filth from the Church, restoring all things in Christ, the King.  Please, pray the Rosary!

†  Remember – Our Lady needs us to obey:  First Saturdays of Reparation, daily rosary, at least 5 mysteries, wear her brown scapular and live your Total Consecration to her Immaculate Heart, offering daily duties in reparation and for the conversion of poor sinners.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of our hearts, Mother of the Church, do thou offer to the Eternal Father the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, for the conversion of poor sinners, especially our Pontiff.

†  Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us!

†  Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Thy Kingdom come! Viva Cristo Rey!

St. Joseph, guardian of the Holy Family, protect our families, protect our priests!

†  St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle!

~  by evensong, for love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of the Holy Roman Catholic Church.

Vouchsafe that I may praise thee, O Sacred Virgin, give me strength against thine enemies!
