Malachi Martin on the Apostasy of the Faith, 2023

“ALL DIVORCED WILL BE ADMITTED”

Pope Francis to Eugenio Scalfari of La Repubblica, the Pope’s favorite newspaper: “this is bottom line result, the de facto appraisals are entrusted to the confessors, but at the end of faster or slower paths, all the divorced who ask will be admitted.” (Rorate Caeli)

The above is shocking, of course, even though we knew it was coming to this. But to help us get  some perspective, let’s take a brief look at what Malachi Martin predicted back in the 1990’s.

The Sixth Visit, the Message and the Promise

Today, we offer Part II of today’s post on Our Lady of the Rosary’s Sixth Appearance at Fatima, 106 years ago.

In October, 1917,  Heaven came to earth.
Here is the Message and the Promise for us today.

Today  we mark the 106th  anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun during Our Lady’s Sixth Visit to Fatima.  In this brief review we’ll recap the historical event considering three aspects, the words of Our Lady, the Visions seen by the children and then the Miracle of the Sun witnessed by the spectators.

A Pope who will sing the Te Deum

Note to readers:  I apologise for reposting this by mistake. Tomorrow I’ll have a post for Our Lady’s Feast Day. Although it’s difficult for me to accept, my cognitive deficiencies are becoming more problematic and this episode helps me understand the need to withdraw from online posting. I’m sorry to disappoint you, who have supported me – many for ten years now! But Our Lord has His plans, and it is time for me to go. I will try as long as possible to keep Return to Fatima online, but cannot promise what is beyond my control. Thank you so much for reading and sharing our posts here. May the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts be with you and protect and strengthen you always, evensong.

No longer in Rome

For so long now, the faith has suffered assault after assault, and still the awful humiliation and degradation of the Church continues unabated. And yet we know that this is the providence of our Dear Lord, who endures these sufferings to allow us the extra time for penance, and for the conversion of sinners. Think a moment, aren’t you much more aware of Our Lady’s message than you were four years ago? Don’t you know of people who have begun to awaken to the terrible crisis? We must remember that Our Lord is suffering far, far more than we are, and He is doing it, as He always does, for the salvation of souls. Let us not forsake Him now when He needs us so much, but renew our penances, prayers, fasts and alms so that many souls may be saved in the midst of this satanic onslaught.

St. John Bosco’s prophecy of the two pillars is fairly well known, but he also made another prophecy, which is related in the book by Rev. Gerald Culleton, “The Prophets and Our Times“:

“And to you, Rome, what will happen? Ungrateful Rome! Effeminate Rome! proud Rome! …

Insight from St. Bridget

Remember those good old days when we read the Rorate headline, “The Horror, the horror”, after Jorge Mario Bergoglio’s election? Looking back, those were the good days, compared with the discouraging reality of this Bergoglian church of the eclipse. The following are a scattering of quotes from St. Bridget’s revelations, compiled in the first year after his election.

Lately, reading them again, it was interesting to consider the words St. Bridget attributes to Our Lord when  read within the context of the Message of Fatima and the merciless reign of Pope Francis .  Think of this, Our Lady of Fatima’s plea to us,  “People must amend their lives and ask pardon for their sins … They must not offend Our Lord any more for He is already too much offended.”

It makes me wonder what conversations are taking place in Heaven now? What could St. Bridget tell us today?

From The Prophecies and Revelations
of Saint Bridget of Sweden

“The words of Christ to His bride about a false man, who is called an enemy of God, and about his hypocrisy and all his characteristics.

“On the outside he appears to be decorated with good habits, wisdom and bravery in the service and honor of Me, but he is by no means like that. For if the helmet were removed from his head, that is, if it were shown to people how he really is spiritually in his soul, he would be uglier than all men.

Refusing the dignity of his office

“His brain is bare because his foolish customs and frivolity clearly demonstrate to good men that he is unworthy of such an honor. For if My wisdom pleased him, he would understand how much his honor is greater than others, thereby clothing himself in the most rigorous of conduct and divine virtues as compared to others.

“Instead of having the humility due to his high dignity in being a light for others to teach them good things, he only wants to hear about his own praise and glory, thereby becoming so prideful that he only wants to be called great and good by everyone.

“All his thoughts are turned to the present instead of the eternal. He thinks about how to please men and about the requirements for the needs of the flesh, but not about how he may please me and benefit souls.

“He has lost all rational discretion whereby he might distinguish between sin and virtue, between worldly honor and eternal honor, between worldly and eternal riches, between the short pleasures of the world and the eternal pleasures.

Gluttonous, insatiable desire to be
involved in worldly affairs

“All the veneration he should have for me, with the beauty of the virtues whereby he might please me, are entirely dead in the service of me. The imitation of my works and the preaching of my words is totally fallen off from him so that nothing remains in him except his gluttonous, insatiable desire to be involved in worldly affairs.

“His chest is full of worms, because in his chest, where the remembrance of my suffering and my commandments should be, there is only a care for the things of the world with the desire and greed of the world, which are like worms devouring his conscience so that he does not think of spiritual things.

He does not care if the church is destroyed

“In his heart, where I would wish to dwell and my love should be, there now sits the most evil scorpion with a stinging tail and an enticing face and tongue; because pleasing and reasonable words proceed from his mouth, but his heart is full of injustice and deceit, because he does not care if the church he is supervising gets destroyed, as long as he can follow his own will.

“His arms are like two snakes, because in his malice he reaches out his arms to the simple-minded and calls them to himself with simplicity, but, when he gets a suitable opportunity, he causes them to fall pitifully. Like a snake, he coils himself into a ring, because he hides his malice and unrighteousness, so that barely anyone can understand his treacherous plans.

Like a snake

“He is like the most vile snake in my sight, for just as the snake is more detestable than any other animal, so is he more ugly in my sight than any other man, since he counts my justice as nothing and holds me to be as a man who is unwilling to judge righteously.

“His back should be like ivory since his deeds should be more mighty and pure than others in order to be able to better carry the weak through his patience and his example of a good life. But now he is like coal, because he is too impatient to endure a single word for my honor, unless he benefits from it. Yet he seems to be mighty to the world.

“Therefore, when he thinks he stands, he will fall, since he is as hideous and lifeless as coal before me and my saints.

“His intestines stink, because his thoughts and desires smell like rotting flesh before me with a stench that no one can tolerate. Neither can any of my saints tolerate him, but everyone turns his face away from him and demands a judgment over him.

The marrow of love is consumed in him

“His feet are dead. His two feet are his two dispositions towards me, that is, his will to make amends for the sins he has done and his will to do good deeds. But these feet are altogether dead in him, because all the marrow of love is consumed in him and nothing is left in him except the hardened bones. And in this way he stands before me.

“However, as long as the soul is with the body, he can find my mercy.”

Saint Bridget Explains the Prophecy:

Saint Lawrence appeared and said: “This bishop (of Rome?) tolerates and pretends not to notice the incontinence of the clergy, and he liberally distributes the goods of the Church to the rich and shows love only toward himself and his own friends.

Therefore, I declare to him that the lightest cloud now has ascended into heaven, but dark smoke of fire overshadows it so that it cannot be seen by many. This cloud is the prayer of the Mother of God for the Holy Church. The fire of greed, ungodliness, and unrighteousness darken it so much that the mercy of the Mother of God cannot easily enter the hearts of the wretched.

Therefore, let the bishop (of Rome?) quickly turn to the divine love by correcting himself and his subordinates, admonishing them with his good example and word, and leading them to a better life. Otherwise, he will feel the vengeance and justice of the Divine Judge, and his church will be purged by fire and the sword and afflicted by plundering and tribulation so that it will be a long time before anyone consoles her.”

The words of Our Lord Jesus Christ to the Pope:

“O head of my Church, who sit on my seat which I gave to Peter and his successors to sit on with a threefold dignity and power: First, so that they would have the power of binding and loosing souls from their sins. Second, so that they would open Heaven for the penitent. Third, so that that they would close Heaven to the damned and to those who despise my Law.

“But you, who should be healing souls and presenting them to me, you are in truth a murderer of souls. I appointed Peter as shepherd and guardian of my sheep. But you, however, scatter and wound them.

“You are worse than Lucifer; for you do not only kill me by driving me off from yourself by your bad deeds, but you also kill souls by your bad example. I redeemed the souls with my blood and entrusted them to you as to a faithful friend, but you deliver them back again to the enemy from whom I redeemed them.

“You are more unrighteous than Pilate. for you not only judge me as if I were a powerless lord and worthy of no good thing, no, you also judge and condemn the souls of the innocent and let the guilty go free without any rebuke.

“You are more cruel than Judas for you not only sell me, but also the souls of my chosen men for your own shameful profit and vain name’s sake.”

Then our Lord said to him:

“The sword of my severity will go into your body; it shall enter at the top of your head and penetrate you so deeply and violently that it can never be drawn out. Your chair will sink like a heavy stone and never stop before it comes to the lowest of depths. Your fingers, that is, your assistants and advisers, will burn in the inextinguishable sulfurous fire.

“Your arms, that is, your office-holders, who should have reached out for the help and benefit of souls but instead reached out for worldly honor and profit, will be judged to the torment and suffering of which David speaks: ‘His sons shall be fatherless and his wife a widow and others shall take his property.’ Who is ‘his wife’ if not the soul which shall be excluded from the glory of Heaven and be widowed and lose God? ‘His sons’, that is, the virtues they appeared to have, and my simple and humble men who were under them, shall be separated from them. Their honor and property will be given to others, and they will inherit eternal shame instead of their dignity and glory.

“Their headgear will sink down into the filth of hell, and they will never be able to get up out of it. Just as they rose above others through their honor and pride, so in hell they will sink so much deeper than others so that it will be impossible for them to ever stand up again. Their limbs, that is, all the priests who followed and helped them in wickedness, will be cut off from them and severed just like the wall that is torn down where not a single stone is left upon another stone and the cement no longer adheres to the stones.

“No mercy will come to them, for my love will never warm them nor restore or build them up into an eternal house in Heaven, but instead they shall be excluded from all good and endlessly tormented with their headmen and leaders.

Conclusion:

St. Bridget describes a dialogue between God the Father and the Son and the Blessed Virgin and Angels over the fate of the Church occupied by the foul man described above..

“God the Father’s words before the host of the kingdom of Heaven, and the answer of the Son and Mother to the Father asking for mercy for the daughter, that is, the Church.

God the Father spoke while the whole host of heaven was listening, and said: “Before you all, I complain over giving my daughter to a man who tortures her greatly and without measure, crushing her feet in the stocks so severely that all the marrow has gone out of her feet.”

The Son answered Him: “Father, she is the one I redeemed with my blood and espoused to myself, but now she has been brutally violated.”

Then the Mother of God spoke and said: “You are my God and my Lord, and Your blessed Son’s limbs were enclosed within my body; He is Your true Son and my true Son. I refused you nothing on earth. Have mercy on Your daughter for the sake of my prayers.”

Thereafter the angels spoke, saying:  “We all rejoiced when your daughter went forth from you, but now we are rightly sad, because she has been given into the hands of the worst man who insults her with all kinds of mocking and abuse. Have mercy on her for the sake of Your great mercy, for her misery is very great, and there is no one to console and save her but You Lord, God Almighty.”

Then God the Father answered the Son, saying: “O my Son, your grievance is my grievance, your word is my word, your deeds are my deeds. You are in me and I am in you inseparably. Your will be done!” Then He said to the Mother of the Son: “Since you did not refuse me anything on earth, I will not refuse you anything in heaven, and your will shall be fulfilled.” And then He said to the angels: “You are my friends, and the flame of your love burns in my heart. Therefore, I shall have mercy on my daughter (the Church) for the sake of your prayers.”

Taken from “The Prophecies and Revelations of St. Bridget of Sweden”, Chapters 23, 24, 41. I have not been able to find this when I recently sought it on archive.org. However, a similar version is available from Amazon. I cannot vouch for it, though.

The vivid language which Saint Bridget attributes to Christ is probably a shock to some today, but it is an indication of Our Lord’s extreme displeasure at the behavior of those who are so brutally violating the Holy Bride of Christ.

May God the Father of mercy at last have mercy on His daughter the Church.

The Prophecy of Blessed Elizabeth Canori Mora

“Behold, my daughter, such great ungodliness.”

Blessed Elizabeth Canori-Mora  offers us today an encouraging prophecy for these times. Born in Rome in 1774, she died in 1825 in the odor of sanctity.  Her writings received ecclesiasical approbation  and she was beatified by Pope John Paul II  in 1994.  Her feast day is February 5.

My favorite quote from Blessed Elizabeth is “God has entrusted to everyone the responsibility of the salvation of others in order to carry out His project of love”.  The following excerpts of prophecies of Blessed Elizabeth Canori Mora fit well with the Fatima prophecies and with La Salette.

“In 1816, Our Lady appeared to Blessed Elizabeth on Christmas Day with the Christ Child in her arms. Elizabeth was struck by the deep sorrow of the Blessed Mother’s countenance and asked Our Lady what could be the cause of such sorrow, “Behold, my daughter, such great ungodliness.” Blessed Elizabeth then saw “apostates brazenly trying to rip her most holy Son from her arms. Confronted with such an outrage, the Mother of God ceased to ask mercy for the world, and instead requested justice from the Eternal Father. Clothed in His inexorable Justice and full of indignation, He turned to the world.

“At that moment all nature went into convulsions, the world lost its normal order and was filled with the most terrible calamity imaginable. This will be something so deplorable and atrocious that it will reduce the world to the ultimate depths of desolation.”

NOTE: The image here is of an extreme insult against the Mother of God and the person of the Savior. Keep this poignant image in your heart as you witness the depths of destruction wreaked on the faith in the coming months. Those who intend to defy Our Lord Jesus Christ Himself by ignoring His commands regarding marriage and the Holy Sacraments and then, as with the Pontiff’s recent Moto Proprios doing this evil in the name of the Mother of God, those men force God’s hand, they beg Divine retribution.

The prophetic Vision of Blessed Elizabeth Canori-Mora

“On the Feast of St. Peter, 29th of June, 1820, whilst I was praying,” … Blessed Elizabeth says, “for the wants of the Church and the conversion of sinners, amongst whom I am the first, I was ravished in spirit, and drawn very near to God. Through an infinite light I was so intimately united to Him that I lost all sentiments of myself. The sweet impressions of the love of God replenished me with an inexpressible joy and satisfaction. My soul, however, remained calm in these tokens of Divine kindness.

“Then it seemed to me to behold the heavens opening, and St. Peter, prince of the Apostles, coming down, surrounded with great glory and by a numerous escort of heavenly spirits, singing canticles. St. Peter was dressed in his pontifical robes and held in his right hand the pastoral staff, with which he used to draw upon the Earth an immense cross; at the same time the angels sang these words of the Psalmist, Constitues eos principes super omnem terram— you will constitute them princes over the whole Earth.

“After this, the holy Apostle touched with his staff the four extremities of the cross, from which sprung up four beautiful trees loaded with blossoms and fruits. These mysterious trees had the form of a cross, and were surrounded by a splendid light.

“Then I comprehended in the depth of my soul that St. Peter had produced these four symbolic trees to the end that they may serve as a place of refuge to the little flocks of the faithful friends of Jesus Christ, and in order to preserve them from the fearful punishment which shall convulse the whole Earth. All good Christians shall then be protected under these trees, together with all those religious persons who shall have faithfully preserved in their hearts the spirit of their order.

This refers to the traditional orders which have preserved the true Mass and doctrine of the Faith and their communities, which constitute the remnant.

“I say the same thing in relation to the secular clergy and to all other persons of every class who shall have kept in their heart the Catholic faith— they shall all be protected. But woe to those religious who do not observe their rule! Thrice unhappy they, for they shall all be struck by that terrible punishment.

“I say the same to all secular clergy, and to all classes of people in the world who give themselves to a life of pleasure, and who follow the false maxims of modern ideas, which are opposed to the holy precepts of the Gospel. These wretched people, who through their scandalous conduct deny the faith of Jesus Christ, shall perish under the weight of the indignant arm of God’s justice. Not one of them shall be able to escape the punishment.

“I beheld those good Christians, who had sought a refuge under those mysterious trees, in the form of beautiful lambs confided to the care and vigilance of St. Peter, their good shepherd, testifying to him the most humble and most respectful obedience.

[Refers to the remnant’s humble obedience to the perennial, unchanging truths of the faith, rather than the ever-changing modernism of the post-conciliarists.]

“As soon as St. Peter, the prince of the Apostles, had gathered the flock of Jesus in a place of safety, he re-ascended into Heaven, accompanied by legions of angels. Scarcely had they disappeared, when the sky was covered with clouds so dense and dismal that it was impossible to look at them without dismay.

“On a sudden there burst out such a terrible and violent wind, that its noise seemed like the roars of furious lions. The sound of the dreadful hurricane was heard over the whole Earth. Fear and terror struck not only men, but the very beasts.

[Refers to the darkness and confusion besetting the Church since the usurpation of the papacy by the Bergoglio faction].

“All men shall rise one against the other, and they shall kill one another without pity. During this sanguinary [bloody] conflict, the avenging arm of God will strike the wicked, and in His mighty power He will punish their pride and presumption.

God will employ the powers of Hell for the extermination of these impious and heretical persons who desire to overthrow the Church and destroy it to its very foundation. These presumptuous men in their mad impiety believe they can overthrow God from His throne; but the Lord will despise their artifices, and through an effect of His almighty hand He will punish these impious blasphemers by giving permission to the infernal spirits to come out from Hell.

Innumerable legions of demons shall overrun the Earth, and shall execute the orders of Divine Justice, by causing terrible calamities and disasters; they shall attack everything; they shall injure individual persons and entire families; they shall devastate property and alimentary (food) productions, cities and villages.

Nothing on Earth shall be sparedGod will allow the demons to strike with death those impious men, because they gave themselves up to the infernal powers, and had formed with them a compact against the Catholic Church.

[We are currently beginning this time. It may start in earnest when the Synod officially institutes the irreversible changes pushed by the Bishop of Rome and Cardinals Marx and Kasper]

“Being desirous of more fully penetrating my spirit with a deeper sentiment of His divine justice, God showed to me the awful abyss; I saw in the bowels of the Earth a dark and frightful cavern, whence an infinite number of demons were issuing forth, who under the form of men and beasts came to ravage the world, leaving everywhere ruins and blood.

Happy will be all true and good Catholics! They shall experience the powerful protection of the holy Apostles, St. Peter and St. Paul, who will watch over them lest they may be injured either in their persons or their property. Those evil spirits shall plunder every place where God has been outraged, despised, and blasphemed; the edifices they profaned will be pulled down and destroyed, and nothing but ruins shall remain of them.

“After this frightful punishment, I saw the heavens opening, and St. Peter coming down again, upon Earth; he was vested in his pontifical robes, and surrounded by a great number of angels, who were chanting hymns in his honor, and they proclaimed him as sovereign of the Earth. I saw also St. Paul descending upon the Earth. By God’s command, he traversed the Earth and unchained the demons, whom he brought before St. Peter, who commanded them to return into Hell, whence they had come.

“Then a great light appeared upon the Earth, which was the sign of the reconciliation of God with man. The angels conducted before the throne of the prince of the Apostles the small flock that had remained faithful to Jesus Christ. These good and zealous Christians testified to him the most profound respect, praising God and thanking the Apostles for having delivered them from the common destruction, and for having protected the Church of Jesus Christ by not permitting her to be infected with the false maxims of the world.

“St. Peter then chose the new pope. The Church was again organized; religious orders were re-established; the private families of ordinary Christians, through their great fervor and zeal for the glory of God, became like the most exemplary religious communities. Such is the glorious triumph reserved for the Catholic Church; she shall be praised, honored, and esteemed by all men.

“All men shall become Catholics, and shall acknowledge the Pope as Vicar of Jesus Christ. Amen.”

[Note the similarity with Sister Lucia’s vision “In time, one faith, one baptism, one Church, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic. In eternity, Heaven!”]

The above quotations are from various sources, including manuscripts with no attribution. However, the majority of the prophecies above is from the Kindle book by Gaudentius Rossi, with the very long title, “The Christian Trumpet: Previsions and Predictions about Impending General Calamities, The Universal Triumph of the Church, The Coming of Antichrist, The Last Judgment, and The End of the World.”  Edited by KIC. Kindle Edition.

In just a few days, Pope Francis will come to the United States. He will participate in the World Meeting of Families, which was established by John Paul II but has since become a tool of the anti-Christ. Its president has supported Planned Parenthood and pro-abortion candidates and impure practices of all kinds. These things have no place in a Catholic gathering, especially in a gathering supposedly devoted to promoting the family.

After devoting his full support to such an abomination and scandal to the faith, the Pope will cap off his visit with yet another sacrilegious Papal Mass in a large field. Thousands of hosts have been prepared for this massive desecration, where the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Christ will be dispensed to any and all comers, without regard to the status of their faith, passed around and trampled under foot.

Then, it will be on to New York to speak at the headquarters of the Lord of this World, enforcing their anti-Catholic agenda of “reproductive health”, in the service of the Universal Church of Man.

All this is in preparation for October’s final Synod, which will attempt to institutionalize the destructive Bergoglio/Kasper agenda against the family and against the Holy Eucharist.

BE WARNED

To those who read this, You are being  given a warning. If you ignore this, and choose not to stand firm in the faith, take care lest you become a casualty in this spiritual battle which is gathering momentum.

NOTE: 9-19-2020: There is a persistent error online, repeated from blog to blog, that Venerable Elizabeth Canori Mora miraculously cured Count Mastai-Ferretti who became Pope Pius IX. She did not in fact do this but was instead the cause of the miraculous healing of Pope Pius VII. The account of that healing may be found in the book, “The Life of Venerable Elizabeth Canori Mora”, Chapter XV, translated by Lady Herbert and published in 1878 with ecclesiastical approval.

The miraculous cure of the young man, Count Mastai-Ferretti who later became Pope Pius IX occurred through the intervention of Pope Pius VII who urged Count Mastai-Ferretti to go to Our Lady’s shrine in Loreto, where he was cured by devotion to her. His epilepsy was a gift from God to draw him to reliance on the most Blessed Virgin Mary.

Venerable Elizabeth Canori Mora was a great saint and does not need falsely attributed miracles to supplement her many good and true miracles. She is especially helpful as an intercessor for troubled families!

Remember – Our Lady needs us to obey:  First Saturdays of Reparation, daily rosary, at least 5 mysteries, wear her brown scapular and live your Total Consecration to her Immaculate Heart, offering daily duties in reparation and for the conversion of poor sinners.

†  St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.
