The Message of Fatima, a Great Sign, 2022

Last posted August 28, 2021. Earlier posts were from 2015 and 2016.

Although Pope John XXIII refused to release the long-awaited Third Secret of Fatima, it is noteworthy that the popes who succeeded him, Paul VI, John Paul II and Benedict XVI, all  referenced the Apocalypse or the last times when speaking of Fatima.

In that earlier post, we discussed that Pope Paul VI made a pilgrimage to Fatima on May 13, 1967 for  the 50th anniversary of Our Lady’s first visit. In his address, he referred to “The great sign which the Apostle John saw in Heaven, “a woman clothed with the sun,”  in connection with Our Lady of Fatima.  After thus linking  Fatima with Chapter 12 of the Apocalypse, he cautioned, “we wish to call the attention of all sons of the Church once more to the indissoluble link between the spiritual motherhood of Mary … and the duties of redeemed men toward Her, the Mother of the Church.”  It was quintessentially typical of him that he urges  the faithful to be obedient even as he disobeyed the Blessed Mother and betrayed her children. (Pope Paul VI,Apostolic Letter, “Signum Magnum”, that is, Great Sign)

The Great Red Dragon

And then, on the same date, in the same place, but 33 years later,  that is, in 2000,  Pope John Paul II spoke on the occasion of the Beatification of the Fatima shepherds, Jacinta and Francisco,

“Another portent appeared in Heaven; behold, a great red dragon” (Apoc. 12:3). These words from the first reading of the Mass make us think of the great struggle between good and evil, showing how, when man puts God aside, he cannot achieve happiness, but ends up destroying himself.…

“The Message of Fatima is a call to conversion, alerting humanity to have nothing to do with the ‘dragon’ whose ‘tail swept down a third of the stars of Heaven, and cast them to the earth’ ” (Apoc. 12:4).  (Pope John Paul II, Homily at Fatima, May 13, 2000)

Ten years after Pope John Paul II’s reference linking the message of Fatima with Apocalypse, Chapter 12, Pope Benedict XVI on  May 13, 2010, said of the message of Fatima:

“He deceives himself who thinks that the prophetic mission of Fatima is concluded.” He added: “There are indicated future realities of the Church which little by little are manifesting themselves… and therefore it is the sufferings of the Church which are announced.”

Falling Like Stars, June 2020

previously posted on : june 17, 2020  by : evensong
Unfortunately, we are not able to update for this reposting of 2022 .

And there was seen another sign in heaven: and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads, and ten horns: and on his head seven diadems: And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and cast them to the earth.
(Apocalypse 12, v. 3-4).

This post updated June 19th, Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus with scriptural citations added at the end.

One point I have stressed continuously is that the message at Fatima began with a warning from St. Michael the Archangel about abuses against the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the Holy Eucharist and then it presents Our Lady offering the remedy for this assault from satan.

To be very clear on this point: God sends to us His most beloved creature, the most pure and ever Virgin Mary, whom Our Savior Jesus Christ chose to provide the very Body and Blood of His infinitely precious sacrifice. He sends her to us as His final offering to call us to repentance.

Again, the Sacred Body and Precious Blood, sacrificed for our redemption were provided through the Immaculate Virgin Mary. In that sense, we are united with her through our Holy Communions. She is the Mother of the Holy Catholic Church, and she is as well, the Mother of the Mass! This Immaculata is our only means to restore the essential Holy Sacrifice. If we continue to offend her by our indifference to her commands, there will be no further help given. I have updated this post from 2015 in the hope that it may help convince of the importance of our situation, which is dire. You will very soon lose even more than you already have lost. The world is on the brink of chaos and I have been unable to bring myself to speak of what will happen.

St. Joseph, Remedy for Error

And now, from October 27, 2015, a repost:

“We saw, beside the sun, Saint Joseph with the Child Jesus and Our Lady clothed in white with a blue mantle. Saint Joseph and the Child Jesus seemed to bless the world with gestures which they made with their hands in the form of a cross.” (Sister Lucia of Fatima)

This little noted event tells us so much! Even as the miracle of the sun is occurring, St. Joseph appears, holding the Child Jesus and both bless the world. This reminds us that God, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, entrusted the Child Jesus to St. Joseph. Indeed, God’s wisdom entrusted the Holy Family to the quiet man, and now, at Fatima, he is revealed to us, to bless us in this time prefigured by the miracle of the sun.

At the miracle of the sun, the earth stood firm while the sun moved erratically. How can this be? And yet it happened. How can the Church, established by Christ become so erratic as it is today, under Pope Francis? How do we reconcile that the gates of hell will not prevail and the Holy Ghost will always guide her, with what we now see? St. Joseph solved a similar conundrum and he stands ready to help us now.

Matthew 1, 18-25  tells of Joseph’s dilemma and its resolution. His example of humility and steadfastness is precisely the example for us today. Faithful Catholics are torn today between the temptation to abandon the church, or to go along with the errors of the Bergoglio agenda.

The Message of Fatima, a Great Sign

From our archives, from 2017 and updated for August 28, 2021.

A Cycle of Death and Terror

We include two other quotes from the pope’s talk at Fatima May 13, 2010:

“Man has the power to unleash a cycle of death and terror, but he is not able to stop it.” And then: “The faith in vast regions of the earth risks being extinguished, like a flame without fuel.”

Although Pope Benedict is a modernist and was one of the “Periti” who highjacked Vatican II – and therefore bears  much responsibility for the revolution unleashed by the Council, he did work to reverse at least some of the  errors unleashed by that Council. By issuing  Summorum Pontificum, releasing the true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, Benedict did much to restore grace to the impoverished Church.  And by his words at Fatima in 2010, he  helped mitigate his errors in the Vatican’s farcical Third Secret of 2000.

What changed his mind in the decade from 2000 to 2010? I believe it was the work of Father Gruner and the other true Fatimists, such as John Vennari and Christopher Ferrara who never ceased their efforts to keep the true message of Fatima alive.  Indeed, Pope Benedict seems possibly to be the suffering Pope spoken of so long ago by Jacinta. Her sufferings and constant prayers may have been what mitigated the disaster somewhat, especially if augmented by the prayers and sacrifices offered by those who have consecrated themselves to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in response to Father Gruner’s efforts. It is so good to see that Ferrara and the Fatima Center continue this fight to keep the message of Fatima before the eyes of the faithful.

The Devil is come down to you

For now, we return to Chapter 12, verses 11-14:

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of the testimony, and they loved not their lives unto death. Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you that dwell therein. Woe to the earth, and to the sea, because the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, knowing that he hath but a short time.  And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman, who brought forth the man child:  And there were given to the woman two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the desert unto her place, where she is nourished for a time and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.”

This tells us of Satan, the Ancient Serpent, who has set up his Kingdom on earth  among the Godless nations and wars against the Woman, that is the most Blessed Virgin and the Church, the Bride of Christ.  Our Lord Himself has promised us that the Gates of satan’s worldly kingdom, the man-made utopia  which is even now promoted by Pope Francis himself -those hateful gates of satan’s kingdom on earth will not prevail, for the Victory belongs to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

“A TIME AND TIMES and HALF A TIME”

A reader gives us insight into the scriptural phrase above. A very dear reader wrote me recently,

One mystery that I noted is a time, times and half a time falls between December 10, 2025 and June 13, 2029.  I often wondered why Our Lady would make Her request for First Saturday Reparation on December 10, 1925 and return three and a half years later on June 13, 1929 to request the Consecration to Russia of Her Immaculate Heart.  Why were these two requests separated by a time, times and half a time.

I believe those happy souls who will have five First Saturdays by December 10, 2025 will be greatly comforted during the dark times which will follow the one hundred year anniversary or Our Lady’s First Saturday request on December 10, 2025.  Then after the one hundred year anniversary of Our Lady’s request for the consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart on June 13, 2029, will begin the darkest time which will end with the death of the Church.

Our Lord will resurrect His Church.  We may not recognize it at first, like Mary Magdalen at the tomb; because, it may look different to us.  It just may be the old Church and ancient Liturgy.  Then will begin the wonderful period of peace Our Lady promised.

The reader’s comments above were insightful and I am very blessed by so many of those faithful Catholics who not only read my articles, but also contribute their thoughts!

TAKE HEART!

Think now, when Jesus our Savior was stripped naked, nailed to a cross so that all might watch Him die, seeming to be abandoned, in utmost desolation, was He vanquished by the devil? No, far from it!  And thus, think now, as the Church suffers at the hands of the same workers of satan that shouted, “Crucify Him!”; is she vanquished? No, far from it! Believe this! Believe it and trust! Take heart and renew your prayers, offer all as reparation. Now is not the time to fail.

In the above passage,  the Church, attacked by the serpent is given the wings of a great eagle to fly to a place of safety in the desert. To understand this passage, we look back to Exodus, to the time when the Lord God saved His Chosen People from the power of the Ancient Enemy in pagan Egypt.

After leading them miraculously into the desert, the Lord tells the leader of the Israelites,  Moses,

“Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel: You have seen what I have done to the Egyptians, how I have carried you upon the wings of eagles, and have taken you to myself.  If therefore you will hear my voice, and keep my covenant, you shall be my peculiar possession above all people: for all the earth is mine.  And you shall be to me a priestly kingdom, and a holy nation.” (Ex. 19, 6)

In this passage, our Heavenly Father reminds that after punishing the wicked Egyptians, He  rescued His children “upon the wings of eagles”, that is by His angelic messengers. The “wings of eagles” refers to angelic spirits, either good or fallen, depending on their context.  For instance, Ezechiel 17,  the Kings of Babylon and Egypt are referred to as eagles that are allowed to war against the King of God’s people, who has broken his oath with  the Lord. We know that all nations have their guardian angels and they have fallen angels as well, to tempt them if they are good nations, and to rule them if they do not serve Christ the King. How powerful are these Principalities and Powers today!

Sustained by Angels

However, in Isaiah 40 ,  the Lord promises, “They that hope in the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall take wings as eagles”. Thus, our Heavenly Father promises that those who trust in Him will be sustained by their angels, as has been proved many times in the lives of our heroic saints. In this, we see that the Church of these latter times after being chastened, will return to trust in the Lord,  Who sends the Church ministering Angels to lead her to safety. Applying this to our times, we again refer to the prophecy of St. John Bosco, which we posted as No Longer in Rome. Note that the Angels appeared to the Holy Father and the faithful. They carried a banner:

”They presented it to the Holy Father and said: ‘Receive the banner of He Who fights and scatters the strongest armies of the world. Your enemies are dispersed. Your children with tears and sighs beg you to return.’ “Looking at the banner one could see written on one side, ‘Queen conceived without sin,’ and on the other side, ‘Help of Christians.’ “

Returning to the Apocalypse, Ch. 12, in verses 15-16,.

“And the serpent cast out of his mouth after the woman, water as it were a river; that he might cause her to be carried away by the river. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the river, which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

Now,  the term, “the earth” refers to the Church, as when we read of the Second Beast who arose from the earth, meaning from within the Church.  From our Savior comes grace that saves us, but from the ancient enemy, the serpent, there flows a torrent of vile sins, to flood the Church will filth, both material and spiritual filth (heresy, apostasy).  But this passage shows that the earth, that is the Church, “swallows it up”, that is, by the graces which flow through her to the salvation of souls, the Church will cast out all evil, reconcile repentant sinners, restore the Faith, and bring forth new and glorious saints, virgins and martyrs.  Apropos this passage, recall the prophecy of St. Hildegard in her work Scivias, which we discussed earlier,  The Figure of a Woman.

And for now,  we remember, all graces flow through the Immaculata, the Woman clothed with the Sun. And thus, her Immaculate Heart triumphs.

Apocalypse 12, Part 1

Today, we return to Chapter 12, verses 1-9 of St. John’s Apocalypse, to illustrate the Vatican’s deception with regards to the Third Secret – and also, we hope, to prepare us for the coming events, as foretold by the same prophecies.

[1] And a great sign appeared in heaven: A woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars: [2] And being with child, she cried travailing in birth, and was in pain to be delivered. [3] And there was seen another sign in heaven: and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads, and ten horns: and on his head seven diadems: [4] And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to be delivered; that, when she should be delivered, he might devour her son. [5] And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with an iron rod: and her son was taken up to God, and to His throne.

[6] And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she had a place prepared by God, that there they should feed her a thousand two hundred sixty days. [7] And there was a great battle in heaven, Michael and his angels fought with the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels: [8] And they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven. [9] And that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, who seduceth the whole world; and he was cast unto the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.

Sister Lucia is reported to have said that the Third Secret concerns the Apocalypse, particularly Chapters 8 through 13. This is confirmed by two of the Conciliar Popes, Paul VI and John Paul II, in their words at Fatima.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the apparitions at Fatima, Pope Paul VI made a pilgrimage there where he delivered an address, “Signum Magnum” or Great Sign on May 13, 1967. In that address, he declared,

The great sign which the Apostle John saw in Heaven, “a woman clothed with the sun,” is interpreted by the sacred Liturgy, not without foundation, as referring to the most Blessed Mary, the mother of all men by the grace of Christ the Redeemer. … On the occasion of the religious ceremonies which are taking place at this time in honor of the Virgin Mother of God in Fatima, Portugal, where She is venerated by countless numbers of the faithful for Her motherly and compassionate heart, we wish to call the attention of all sons of the Church once more to the indissoluble link between the spiritual motherhood of Mary … and the duties of redeemed men toward Her, the Mother of the Church.” (Pope Paul VI, Apostolic Letter, “Signum Magnum”, that is, Great Sign)

And then, on the same date, in the same place, but 33 years later, Pope John Paul II spoke on the occasion of the Beatification of the Fatima shepherds, Jacinta and Francisco,

According to the divine plan, “a woman clothed with the sun” (Apoc. 12:1) came down from Heaven to this earth to visit the privileged children of the Father. She speaks to them with a mother’s voice and heart: She asks them to offer themselves as victims of reparation, saying that She was ready to lead them safely to God.

Later Francisco, one of the three privileged children, exclaimed: “We were burning in that light which is God and we were not consumed. What is God like? It is impossible to say. In fact we will never be able to tell people”. God: a light that burns without consuming. Moses had the same experience when he saw God in the burning bush.

“Another portent appeared in Heaven; behold, a great red dragon” (Apoc. 12:3). These words from the first reading of the Mass make us think of the great struggle between good and evil, showing how, when man puts God aside, he cannot achieve happiness, but ends up destroying himself.

The Message of Fatima is a call to conversion, alerting humanity to have nothing to do with the “dragon” whose “tail swept down a third of the stars of Heaven, and cast them to the earth” (Apoc. 12:4).  (Pope John Paul II, Homily at Fatima, May 13, 2000)

In these quotes, we detect their intention to connect the Message of Fatima with Chapter 12 of the Apocalypse. And so we return to our study of this fascinating chapter.  Our guide for this will be Father Herman Bernard Kramer’s “Book of Destiny”.

“.. being with child, she cried travailing in birth, and was in pain to be delivered. … “And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with an iron rod: and her son was taken up to God, and to His throne.”

Father affirms that this passage points to the Church at one specific time, which had not yet arrived at the time of his writing in the early 1950’s, suffering the most severe crisis of her life in bringing forth a holy Pope who is to “rule the Church with a rod of iron”.  Thus, it points to the election of a Pontiff who will exercise his right as Vicar of Christ to Rule All Nations and this struggle within the church will be opposed by the powerful nations at that time. In verses 3 and 4, we see that this dragon had already corrupted one third of the hierarchy. Thus indicating that a great number of princes of the Church were confirmed in their service to the dragon at this time.

This good, strong Pope is martyred, as foretold in St. John Bosco’s vision of the two pillars, where the Pope is struck down, but before the enemy can rejoice, a new Pope is elected who is able to moor the ship securely between the pillars.

Father Kramer interprets this passage in the light of the prevailing “Cold War” climate of his time, that is, the post-war period of the 1950’s. He suggests, “Communism may have gained control of the governments of Europe. It would then erect almost insurmountable difficulties for the holding of a conclave to elect a pope.” I do not believe he is far off the mark, if we perceive communism correctly, as dialectical materialism, the fruit of satanic freemasonry. This freemasonry/marxism is the hidden force behind both the islamic revolution which is at war with the Church externally and the modernist/sodomite revolution undermining the Church from within. It is the force behind the secret societies who currently manipulate the commerce, governments and religions of the world.

The dark force driving these internal and external revolutions, that is, the dragon, is already in possession of the highest authority in the institutional Church. There is ample credible evidence that Cardinal Danneels and his “St. Gallen mafia” actively sought to manipulate the outcome of the last two papal conclaves, and succeeded in getting their candidate elected in the last conclave.

But sooner rather than later, there will be another conclave, under very difficult circumstances. And this time, the Bride of Christ will travail mightily. She will bring forth a valiant Pope who will fight commendably to restore the faith, but he will be opposed by all the powers of the dragon, and will be taken up to heaven. The Church herself will be forced into exile, into a place prepared for her in “the wilderness”, that is, to a country that was not Catholic, but which will shelter her. St. John tells us that this exile shall last the proverbial “thousand two hundred sixty days”, that is, for three and a half years.

If you think about it a bit, you will realize for yourself which country that will be, and so I will leave it to you to discover for yourselves. For the moment, let’s return to the dark force which opposes the Church. This force is the same that Christ our Savior opposed violently while He was on earth. The sadducees, whom He called a brood of vipers were materialists and thus were not truly Jews, but worked assiduously to corrupt them. They denied the Resurrection, denied the afterlife, and were diligent in pursuit of money and worldly power. They were the money lenders who had made in the Temple, “a den of thieves”.

Briefly vanquished by Christ when He cast out the moneylenders, the dark force flared up in the hateful revolt that demanded, “His blood be upon us” at the Crucifixion. From the time of the destruction of the Temple, this dark force was thought to be eradicated, but it survived in the goldsmiths and moneychangers of the worldly for many generations. They controlled kingdoms through their usury and financed the wars. At times, this dark force blended into Christianity, even becoming priests, even rising to become Princes of the Church and gaining intimate influence with Kings. As stated previously, they rule from their secret societies, manipulating society through their control of education, entertainment, finance and commerce as well as governments and religions.

It was the force behind Martin Luther, the force behind King Henry VIII. The Age of Apostasy, which began with Martin Luther’s lust and greed driven revolt was its greatest achievement until the American and French Revolutions. Lucifer’s “Enlightenment” pervaded society until at last it penetrated the defenses of its ancient enemy, the very Bride of Christ. Vatican II was the bloodless enactment of the French Revolution within the sacred halls of the Holy Roman Catholic Church, striking at the very roots of the Church of Jesus Christ.

“And there was a great battle in heaven, Michael and his angels fought with the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels: [8] And they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven. [9] And that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, who seduceth the whole world; and he was cast unto the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.”

And so we see that this passage promises us that St. Michael will cast out the dragon and his followers from heaven, that is, from the Church. This is the cleansing of the Church which can only be effected by Heaven through the Blessed Virgin Mary. It will be the culmination of the Chastisement as foretold in the Fatima vision of the Angel with the flaming sword, and as foretold by Blessed Elizabeth Canori-Mora and so many, many other revelations. This chastisement will end the Age of Apostasy, for, “neither was their place found any more in heaven”.

We will discuss these thoughts a bit more if there is sufficient interest.

In the meantime, please strive to promote devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary alongside of devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, praying always for the restoration of the Faith. This restoration cannot occur until Our Lady’s requests have been obeyed. And so please pray for all Catholics to return to the true message of Fatima and obey Our Lady.

Remember – Our Lady needs us to obey:  First Saturdays of Reparation, daily rosary, at least 5 mysteries, wear her brown scapular and live your Total Consecration to her Immaculate Heart, offering daily duties in reparation and for the conversion of poor sinners.

Open your hearts to the Lord and serve Him only: and He will free you from the hands of your enemies. With all your heart return to Him, and take away from your midst any strange gods” (I Kings 7:3)

St. Joseph, Remedy for Error

October 27, 2015:

Faithful Catholics are torn today between the temptation to abandon the church, or to go along with the errors of the Bergoglio/Kasper agenda.

What did Joseph do when faced with an unsolvable dilemma? He turned to God in prayer and stayed with it until God gave him light. He didn’t become his own God, or in today’s terms, his own pope. Neither did he accept the unthinkable option that somehow Mary had broken her vow,  and that now false mercy was required on his part to simply accept unfaithfulness. That would be the spiritual sloth of today’s catholics, who simply go along to get along, and welcome unrepentant vice into the church., as in “Who am I to judge?”

If the Lord God entrusted the Ark of the Covenant to the keeping of St. Joseph,  can we not also turn in confidence to him, secure in the knowledge that he will teach us the humility and patience to stand firm in the faith until these erratic and uncertain times are over and the Blessed Virgin clears the smoke of Satan from the Church?

In the Bible, we see that in obedience to God, St. Joseph took the child Jesus and the Blessed Virgin to Egypt in order to save them from murderous Herod. Now, Egypt was a country similar in many ways to our modern post-Christian societies, very much in the control of the Lord of the World. And yet St. Joseph kept them safe. And now he stands ready to help faithful priests guard their flocks. He helps Catholic fathers protect their families.

Certainly, the Fatima vision of St. Joseph and the Child Jesus blessing us should give us consolation today. There is another bit of information on this subject. Solange Hertz, in her book, The Sixth Trumpet, tells us that Sister Lucia, when asked about the Third Secret confirmed that it is about Apocalypse Chapter 12. Mrs. Hertz posits that Apocalypse 12:14  may apply to us in these times:

“And there were given to the woman two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the desert unto her place, where she is nourished for a time and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.”

In the mystical language of St. John in the Apocalypse, ‘the woman’ refers to the Church, but also to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Mary is inseparably bound to the Church and St. Joseph is the Guardian of both. In Hertz’ view, the Holy Family’s sojourn in Egypt prefigures this passage, and indicates that St. Joseph is given to us in these dire times to strengthen and defend us, and to bring us safely home again.

H J M White has offered some perspective regarding the “desert option”:

“For now, I will offer the words of St. Basil on what people were doing to keep the Faith during the worst days of the Arian crisis:

“Religious people keep silence, but every blaspheming tongue is let loose.
Sacred things are profaned; those of the laity who are sound in the Faith avoid the places of worship as schools of impiety, and raise their hands in solitude, with groans and tears to the Lord in Heaven.”

Four years after, he writes: “Matters have come to this pass: the people have left their houses of prayer, and assembled in the deserts, – a pitiable sight; women and children, old men, and men otherwise infirm, wretchedly faring in the open air, amid most profuse rains and snowstorms and winds and frosts of winter; and again in summer under a scorching sun. To this they submit, because they will have no part of the wicked Arian leaven.”

Again: “Only one offense is now vigorously punished an accurate observance of our fathers’ traditions. For this cause the pious are driven from their countries and transported into deserts.”

Do you remember that saying of Pope Francis after his “World Youth Day”? It was “¡Hagan lío!”  The sycophant press as translates it as, “Make a mess!”, but it is more colloquially understood as, “Raise hell!”

The Peronist Pontiff has certainly succeeded in “raising hell” in the Church since he took office and now reigns over a church remade totally in his own image. We really need to keep the above two images in mind. The Bishop of Rome commands us to obey him, the “Supreme Pastor” in the new Church of Mercy, a church where no repentance is needed, where we can “make a mess” and wallow in it, I guess.

And yet at Fatima, Our Lady of the Rosary offers us St. Joseph and our Lord Jesus Christ, calling us to the unchanging faith, the eternal truth. No mess, no raising hell, but instead, raising our hearts to God.

As we survey the wreckage left in the wake of the synod, we know that the Immaculate Virgin Mary has already crushed satan’s head, and in the end, her Immaculate Heart will triumph. Our job is to stand firm in the faith, and St. Joseph is our sure unfailing defender.

St. Joseph defender of the family, defender of the faith, we entrust our families and our faith to thee!

†  Immaculate Heart of Mary, intercede for us!

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Thy Kingdom come!

~ by evensong for love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary

Vouchsafe that I may praise thee, O Sacred Virgin, give me strength against thine enemies!
