How Long, O Lord, How Long? Update

This post is from April, 2015 and has been slightly updated. It is perhaps more appropriate for today than when it was written.
“I felt my spirit inundated by a mystery of light that is God and in Him I saw and heard: the point of a lance like a flame that is detached, touches the axis of the earth, and it trembles: mountains, cities, towns and villages with their inhabitants are buried. The sea, the rivers, the clouds, exceed their boundaries, inundating and dragging with them, in a vortex, houses and people in a number that cannot be counted.
It is the purification of the world from the sin in which it is immersed. Hatred, ambition, provoke the destructive war. After I felt my racing heart, in my spirit a soft voice said: ‘In time, one faith, one baptism, one Church, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic. In eternity, Heaven!’ This word ‘Heaven’ filled my heart with peace and happiness in such a way that, almost without being aware of it, I kept repeating to myself for a long time: Heaven, Heaven.” (Sister Lucia of Fatima)

Actions have consequences and sins especially, have a way of catching up with us. Although sometimes it can seem as though our Heavenly Father withholds His justice with an infinite patience, it is becoming evident each day that the Lord of this World is exceedingly impatient to push his agenda. Indeed, the devil is making headway in every area of the world and even throughout the Holy Catholic Church. This year may prove to be a tipping point. Our Peronist interloper, bless his heart, has consistently made clear his intention to “irreversibly” change the Church, despite the fact that the dogma of the faith is immutable as is God Himself. What will be the response of the true head of the Church, Our Lord Jesus Christ, to His Vicar, who defies Him?

Our Lord told Sister Lucia in an apparition in Rianjo, Spain in the summer of 1931,

“Make it known to My ministers, given that they follow the example of the King of France in delaying the execution of My command (to consecrate Russia), they will follow him into misfortune. It is never too late to have recourse to Jesus and Mary.”

Sister Lucia reported later that Our Lord also complained to her,

“They did not wish to heed My request! … Like the King of France they will repent of it, and they will do it, but it will be late. Russia will have already spread its errors in the world, provoking wars and persecutions against the Church. The Holy Father will have much to suffer.” (from Fatima.org)

Our Lord was referring to His request to King Louis XIV of France on June 17, 1689 to solemnly consecrate his country to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Our Lord made His request known through St. Margaret Mary Alacoque and no French King obeyed the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Eventually, on June 17, 1789, 100 years later, King Louis XVI was stripped of his power by the National Assembly and four years later, was beheaded. It is said that while he was in the Bastille, King Louis XVI attempted to consecrate France, but by that time, of course, it was far too late.

(From the original of 2015): It seems likely that Pope Francis will  attempt to force through his intended “irreversible” changes to the Church at the final Synod this October. That will be just two short years away from the 100th anniversary of Our Lady of the Rosary’s last appearance at Fatima, October 13, 1917. The year 1917 is also the anniversary of the Russian Revolution (1917), of the establishment of Freemasonry (1717) and of Luther’s revolt (1517). That’s a lot of history coming to bear down on us.

“Like the King of France, they will repent of it, and they will do it, but it will be late.”

What do you think? How long can this go on? In the Rianjo apparition, Our Lord said, “It will be late.” He did not say that it will be too  late. Sister Lucia describes the flame-like point striking the axis of the earth as “purification”. It seems possible that this purification will be the final chastisement, after which a chastened Pope faithful to Christ will perform the requested Consecration which will bring a period of peace at last, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ the King.

One last note, in His appearance at Rianjo to Sister Lucia, Our Lord gave her two of the Fatima Prayers.

‘You console Me a great deal in asking Me for the conversion of those poor nations: Request it also of My Mother, while saying to Her often: Sweet Heart of Mary, be the salvation of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe and the whole world.

‘At other times say: By Thy Pure and Immaculate Conception, O Mary, obtain for me the conversion of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe and the whole world.

I have been remiss in not emphasising them more. But it would be lovely if more of us, who are devoted to Our Lady, were to pray these two prayers daily between now and the Synod.

Remember – Our Lady needs us to obey:  First Saturdays of Reparation, daily rosary, at least 5 mysteries, wear her brown scapular and live your Total Consecration to her Immaculate Heart, offering daily duties in reparation and for the conversion of poor sinners.

Open your hearts to the Lord and serve Him only: and He will free you from the hands of your enemies. With all your heart return to Him, and take away from your midst any strange gods” (I Kings 7:3)

Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of our hearts, Mother of the Church, do thou offer to the Eternal Father the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, for the conversion of poor sinners, especially our Pontiff.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Thy kingdom come! Viva Cristo Rey!
Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our death.
St. Joseph, protect us, protect our families, protect our priests.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.

Please pray for  a Pope and bishops who will obediently perform the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary!

Fatima, Vatican II and the Chastisement, 2023

Today’s post first appeared in May, 2015 and we bring it back today to see how fits with what we observe now. It was intended as the first in a series of posts in which we hoped to place the Message of Fatima, the Chastisement and the Apocalypse in context of our times. Now, eight years later, let’s see how things have developed.

From the original post:

Our Lady of Fatima’s message is a heaven-sent offer to restore faith in the Church and peace in our world. Even in 1917, it was clear that heresy, apostasy and schism were endangering the faith. To correct the growing secular humanism, Our Lady came, requesting prayer and penance, and offering the Pope and hierarchy a simple way to reaffirm their obedience to God. However, the hierarchy of the Church, while giving lip service to the Message of Fatima, in fact refused to comply with Our Lady’s messsage. By the disobedience of the Popes, God withdrew His grace more and more, until the year 1960.  Pope John XXIII’s  final act of disobedience set the Church adrift.

To understand the concept of “the Church adrift”, it is helpful to recall St. John Bosco’s vision. In May, 1862, Don Bosco told of a dream he had of the Church as a stately ship in stormy waters, being besieged by many lesser ships. The ship’s commander, the Pope, was attempting to bring the ship between two pillars to which he would moor it. After the Commander Pope was killed, another Pope took over and successfully moored the ship between the two columns. Don Bosco identified the smaller of the two pillars as Mary, Help of Christians and the larger one as the Most Blessed Sacrament, Salvation of Believers. Note, that in St. John Bosco’s dream, the ship of the Church was struggling to fight off attackers and return to safe harbor between the two pillars of devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Holy Eucharist. Thus, the Church was attempting to return to those devotions, implying that the Church had become unmoored from them. This was a prophetic vision of our post-conciliar church.

The Fuentes Interview

December 26, 1957, The Fuentes Interview

If I were to tell you, many nations will disappear from the face of the earth. She (Our Lady) said that Russia will be the instrument of chastisement chosen by Heaven to punish the whole world”, you would dismiss me. In fact, I have been dismissed by many, even some well known bloggers.

But when I have asserted that indeed, many nations are going to disappear and Russia will, in very fact, be the instrument of chastisement, I am only quoting Sister Lúcia of Fatima who stated this fact to Father Fuentes 65 years ago today.

After Lúcia made this statement, both she and Father Augustin Fuentes were silenced. And the evil forces at war with the Church redoubled their efforts to destroy the Blessed Virgin’s message of Fatima. In itself, it is not surprising that the devil’s forces would war against the Message of the Holy Virgin. What is however, most regrettable is that so few true traditional Catholics leaders are willing to warn the faithful. The result of their indifference is that anyone such as myself, who attempts to warn faithful Catholics, is disregarded out of hand. I know very well that it is a great blessing for me to be humbled and ignored,  but it is such a shame for Our Lady’s message of Fatima to be so disregarded! Sister Lúcia  was faithfully reporting what Our Lady of the Rosary told her “many times” – and she it is who should be heeded! And so it is fitting that we revisit her interview with Father Fuentes from 62 years ago.

Fatima, Vatican II and the Chastisement I

The following is a restoration from a post of 2015.

This is the introduction to a planned series of posts in which we hope to place the Message of Fatima, particularly the Chastisement and the Second Vatican Council in context.

However, the hierarchy of the Church, while giving lip service to the Message of Fatima, in fact refused to comply. By the disobedience of the Popes, God withdrew His grace more and more, until the year 1960. Pope John XXIII’s final act of disobedience set the Church adrift.

THE CHURCH UNMOORED

To understand the concept of “the Church adrift”, it is helpful to recall St. John Bosco’s Vision of the Two Pillars.

Apocalypse 12, Part 1

Today, we return to Chapter 12, verses 1-9 of St. John’s Apocalypse, to illustrate the Vatican’s deception with regards to the Third Secret – and also, we hope, to prepare us for the coming events, as foretold by the same prophecies.

[1] And a great sign appeared in heaven: A woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars: [2] And being with child, she cried travailing in birth, and was in pain to be delivered. [3] And there was seen another sign in heaven: and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads, and ten horns: and on his head seven diadems: [4] And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to be delivered; that, when she should be delivered, he might devour her son. [5] And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with an iron rod: and her son was taken up to God, and to His throne.

[6] And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she had a place prepared by God, that there they should feed her a thousand two hundred sixty days. [7] And there was a great battle in heaven, Michael and his angels fought with the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels: [8] And they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven. [9] And that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, who seduceth the whole world; and he was cast unto the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.

Sister Lucia is reported to have said that the Third Secret concerns the Apocalypse, particularly Chapters 8 through 13. This is confirmed by two of the Conciliar Popes, Paul VI and John Paul II, in their words at Fatima.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the apparitions at Fatima, Pope Paul VI made a pilgrimage there where he delivered an address, “Signum Magnum” or Great Sign on May 13, 1967. In that address, he declared,

The great sign which the Apostle John saw in Heaven, “a woman clothed with the sun,” is interpreted by the sacred Liturgy, not without foundation, as referring to the most Blessed Mary, the mother of all men by the grace of Christ the Redeemer. … On the occasion of the religious ceremonies which are taking place at this time in honor of the Virgin Mother of God in Fatima, Portugal, where She is venerated by countless numbers of the faithful for Her motherly and compassionate heart, we wish to call the attention of all sons of the Church once more to the indissoluble link between the spiritual motherhood of Mary … and the duties of redeemed men toward Her, the Mother of the Church.” (Pope Paul VI, Apostolic Letter, “Signum Magnum”, that is, Great Sign)

And then, on the same date, in the same place, but 33 years later, Pope John Paul II spoke on the occasion of the Beatification of the Fatima shepherds, Jacinta and Francisco,

According to the divine plan, “a woman clothed with the sun” (Apoc. 12:1) came down from Heaven to this earth to visit the privileged children of the Father. She speaks to them with a mother’s voice and heart: She asks them to offer themselves as victims of reparation, saying that She was ready to lead them safely to God.…

Later Francisco, one of the three privileged children, exclaimed: “We were burning in that light which is God and we were not consumed. What is God like? It is impossible to say. In fact we will never be able to tell people”. God: a light that burns without consuming. Moses had the same experience when he saw God in the burning bush.…

“Another portent appeared in Heaven; behold, a great red dragon” (Apoc. 12:3). These words from the first reading of the Mass make us think of the great struggle between good and evil, showing how, when man puts God aside, he cannot achieve happiness, but ends up destroying himself.…

The Message of Fatima is a call to conversion, alerting humanity to have nothing to do with the “dragon” whose “tail swept down a third of the stars of Heaven, and cast them to the earth” (Apoc. 12:4).  (Pope John Paul II, Homily at Fatima, May 13, 2000)

In these quotes, we detect their intention to connect the Message of Fatima with Chapter 12 of the Apocalypse. And so we return to our study of this fascinating chapter.  Our guide for this will be Father Herman Bernard Kramer’s “Book of Destiny”.

“.. being with child, she cried travailing in birth, and was in pain to be delivered. … “And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with an iron rod: and her son was taken up to God, and to His throne.”

Father affirms that this passage points to the Church at one specific time, which had not yet arrived at the time of his writing in the early 1950’s, suffering the most severe crisis of her life in bringing forth a holy Pope who is to “rule the Church with a rod of iron”.  Thus, it points to the election of a Pontiff who will exercise his right as Vicar of Christ to Rule All Nations and this struggle within the church will be opposed by the powerful nations at that time. In verses 3 and 4, we see that this dragon had already corrupted one third of the hierarchy. Thus indicating that a great number of princes of the Church were confirmed in their service to the dragon at this time.

This good, strong Pope is martyred, as foretold in St. John Bosco’s vision of the two pillars, where the Pope is struck down, but before the enemy can rejoice, a new Pope is elected who is able to moor the ship securely between the pillars.

Father Kramer interprets this passage in the light of the prevailing “Cold War” climate of his time, that is, the post-war period of the 1950’s. He suggests, “Communism may have gained control of the governments of Europe. It would then erect almost insurmountable difficulties for the holding of a conclave to elect a pope.” I do not believe he is far off the mark, if we perceive communism correctly, as dialectical materialism, the fruit of satanic freemasonry. This freemasonry/marxism is the hidden force behind both the islamic revolution which is at war with the Church externally and the modernist/sodomite revolution undermining the Church from within. It is the force behind the secret societies who currently manipulate the commerce, governments and religions of the world.

The dark force driving these internal and external revolutions, that is, the dragon, is already in possession of the highest authority in the institutional Church. There is ample credible evidence that Cardinal Danneels and his “St. Gallen mafia” actively sought to manipulate the outcome of the last two papal conclaves, and succeeded in getting their candidate elected in the last conclave.

But sooner rather than later, there will be another conclave, under very difficult circumstances. And this time, the Bride of Christ will travail mightily. She will bring forth a valiant Pope who will fight commendably to restore the faith, but he will be opposed by all the powers of the dragon, and will be taken up to heaven. The Church herself will be forced into exile, into a place prepared for her in “the wilderness”, that is, to a country that was not Catholic, but which will shelter her. St. John tells us that this exile shall last the proverbial “thousand two hundred sixty days”, that is, for three and a half years.

If you think about it a bit, you will realize for yourself which country that will be, and so I will leave it to you to discover for yourselves. For the moment, let’s return to the dark force which opposes the Church. This force is the same that Christ our Savior opposed violently while He was on earth. The sadducees, whom He called a brood of vipers were materialists and thus were not truly Jews, but worked assiduously to corrupt the Jews. They denied the Resurrection, denied the afterlife, and were diligent in pursuit of money and worldly power. They were the money lenders who had made in the Temple, “a den of thieves”.

Briefly vanquished by Christ when He cast out the moneylenders, the dark force flared up in the hateful revolt that demanded, “His blood be upon us” at the Crucifixion. From the time of the destruction of the Temple, this dark force was thought to be eradicated, but it survived in the goldsmiths and moneychangers of the worldly for many generations. They controlled kingdoms through their usury and financed the wars. At times, this dark force blended into Christianity, even becoming priests, even rising to become Princes of the Church and gaining intimate influence with Kings. As stated previously, they rule from their secret societies, manipulating society through their control of education, entertainment, finance and commerce as well as governments and religions.

It was the force behind Martin Luther, the force behind King Henry VIII. The Age of Apostasy, which began with Martin Luther’s lust and greed driven revolt was its greatest achievement until the American and French Revolutions. Lucifer’s “Enlightenment” pervaded society until at last it penetrated the defenses of its ancient enemy, the very Bride of Christ. Vatican II was the bloodless enactment of the French Revolution within the sacred halls of the Holy Roman Catholic Church, striking at the very roots of the Church of Jesus Christ.

“And there was a great battle in heaven, Michael and his angels fought with the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels: [8] And they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven. [9] And that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, who seduceth the whole world; and he was cast unto the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.”

And so we see that this passage promises us that St. Michael will cast out the dragon and his followers from heaven, that is, from the Church. This is the cleansing of the Church which can only be effected by Heaven through the Blessed Virgin Mary. It will be the culmination of the Chastisement as foretold in the Fatima vision of the Angel with the flaming sword, and as foretold by Blessed Elizabeth Canori-Mora and so many, many other revelations. This chastisement will end the Age of Apostasy, for, “neither was their place found any more in heaven”.

We will discuss these thoughts a bit more if there is sufficient interest.

In the meantime, please strive to promote devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary alongside of devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, praying always for the restoration of the Faith. This restoration cannot occur until Our Lady’s requests have been obeyed. And so please pray for all Catholics to return to the true message of Fatima and obey Our Lady.

Remember – Our Lady needs us to obey:  First Saturdays of Reparation, daily rosary, at least 5 mysteries, wear her brown scapular and live your Total Consecration to her Immaculate Heart, offering daily duties in reparation and for the conversion of poor sinners.

Fatima, Vatican II and the Chastisement

This is the introduction to a planned series of posts in which we hope to place the Message of Fatima, the Chastisement and the Apocalypse in context. However, the hierarchy of the Church, while giving lip service to the Message of Fatima, in fact refused to comply. By the disobedience of the Popes, God withdrew His grace more and more, until the year 1960.  Pope John XXIII’s  final act of disobedience set the Church adrift.

This was a vision of our post-conciliar church.

The signs of this unmooring from the faith are everywhere and there will be no relief until God’s command is heeded. Remember always that Our Blessed Mother only delivered the message, she only ever serves God, and never seeks her own glory. Make no mistake, it God Himself who is being mocked by perfidious churchmen.

On 13 June, 1929, the Blessed Virgin appeared to Sister Lucia, as she had promised 12 years before. The Vision itself speaks volumes but we shall not attempt to cover it here. Instead, here are Our Lady’s words, to Sister Lucia and to us all:

“The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father to make, and to order that in union with Him and at the same time, all the Bishops of the world make the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart, promising to convert it because of this day of prayer and worldwide reparation.”

Notice that the Blessed Virgin does not make this request in her name, but states clearly, “God asks the Holy Father to…” The message was reinforced with the most striking apparition in which the Persons of the Holy Trinity all appeared.

Never at any time was this request honored, not in 1929 nor in any subsequent year. By disobeying God’s command, the Pontiffs, one after another, slipped into a spiritual blindness that eventually brought us to Vatican II. Just as many Catholics mistakenly believe that the Consecration was done as requested, many also, especially traditional Catholics, believe that the Church’s errors began with Vatican II. Not at all.

Those who think Vatican II was the “root of the rot” ignore a great deal of Church history. In the sidebar is a link to Papal Encyclicals Online. Brave and good Popes waged tireless war against freemasonry and modernism in the 19th century. Both Pope Leo XIII and St. Pius X had visions of the evil threatening the Church. They were well aware of the satanic forces even then working to undermine the Church.

The Queen of Heaven offered us, and our Church leaders, a way to avert the coming Chastisement. Her generous offer was spurned, with predictable results. It was all foretold in Chapters 8 – 13 of St. John’s Apocalypse.

In future posts we will look at Chapters 8-13 of the Apocalypse and at the words and actions of the Popes of the Council in the light of Fatima. We shall perhaps begin to understand why the message of Fatima is more important than ever. It may be too late to avert the Chastisement, but it is never too late to repent, at least while life remains. As Our Lord assured Sister Lucia, “It will never be too late to have recourse to Jesus and Mary.”

Remember – Our Lady needs us to obey:  First Saturdays of Reparation, daily rosary, at least 5 mysteries, wear her brown scapular and live your Total Consecration to her Immaculate Heart, offering daily duties in reparation and for the conversion of poor sinners.
